Considered like Patrimony of the Humanity. They are in fact an assembly of geogliphs(out lines and figures) that extends through the desert surface and that in spite of the years they still remain unalterable.... an enigma of the world. There are many theories, explanations and unsolved mysteries: how, who made them? Why can be seen at a certain height and not at the ground level? . It has not been possible to give a complete convincing explanation to these questions.
To arrive and see these wonders, the common access is by bus, there are regular buses, luxurious and conventional service. There are daily departures to Paracas, Ica and Nazca. Private service is the most recommended to know the different towns in the area.
By air: There are direct flights in small planes from Lima. (4 passengers minimum, See LIM-015)

PROGRAM BASE I
2 days – 1 night

1st Day: Reception and transfer to the hotel (In Ica). In the afternoon, visit to the Regional Museum of Ica (a valuable sample of the different civilizations developed in the south coast of Peru). Then we will enjoy the Huacachina Oasis, the handmade wine. We could see how they prepare the Pisco (National drink), we will also go sightseeing in the city. Optional: We could fly over Nazca lines setting off from. (See Ica - 00). Lodging.

2nd Day: Departure from Ica arriving at Paracas Bay, boat trip around Ballestas Islands where we will admire a variety of marine fauna, sea lions, penguins, and thousands of guano birds. Then we will visit Paracas National Reserve: the Regional Museum of Paracas (it exhibits a beautiful sample of ceramic pieces, textiles and mommies), we will see a beautiful rocky landscape, the Cathedral, Punta Arquillo, Bay-window of sea lions. Return to Ica. In the afternoon return to Lima.
